For prescribers and training businesses, distributors, specialist insurance brokers and industry networks that work with cosmetic and aesthetic clinics in Queensland. Share a link to ClinicTrace Australia, tell the clinic you receive a referral fee, and Stoneglow Digital pays $200 for each clinic that subscribes.

How it works
Three steps, with nothing for the partner to set up.
Share your link
Stoneglow Digital gives each partner its own link. Share it with the clinics you work with, and tell them you receive a referral fee.
The clinic subscribes
A clinic that follows the link and subscribes within 90 days is recorded as your referral. The clinic pays the usual $1,190 + GST a year.
The fee is paid
Once the clinic's first annual payment clears, Stoneglow Digital pays you $200, or takes $200 off the clinic's first year if you chose to pass it on.
The disclosure rule
Partners tell every clinic they refer that they receive a referral fee. A clinic should know why a ClinicTrace link reached it.
What you would be referring
What a clinic gets is its own records, each with an owner and a date.
ClinicTrace Australia keeps a clinic's policies, credentials, registers and logs in one structure: 12 modules and 100 record slots, with an owner and a date on every record, reminders by email before those dates pass, and a dated audit export when Queensland Health, a council, Ahpra or an insurer asks.
It does not assess, score or certify anything, and it never says a clinic meets a standard. Industry certification bodies and regulators make their own decisions.
Partners describe it the same way. A partner never says that ClinicTrace certifies a clinic, assesses its records or gets it through an audit or inspection.
How to apply
To apply, email clinictrace@stoneglowdigital.com.au with your business name, what you do for clinics and roughly how many clinics you work with. Stoneglow Digital replies with your link and the terms in writing.
