Licence and registration pages for a new clinic, grouped by who publishes them.

Choose the state, then tick what the clinic will do. The list shows each publisher’s own licence, registration and authority pages from the ClinicTrace Australia legislation register for that state, with how binding each one is and the version its publisher states.

The ticks stay in your browser. Nothing is sent unless an emailed copy is asked for.

What the list holds

Each line is a page its publisher runs: a licence, a registration standard, a registration or notification page, or an authority. The lines come from the legislation registers for Queensland and New South Wales, read again every hour, and link straight to the publisher. A state’s list holds the national pages and that state’s own.

Which pages apply to a particular clinic, and what they mean for it, is a question for the clinic and its own advisers. Activities with no licence or registration page in the register are not offered as ticks.

This tool describes what you enter and links to each publisher’s own source. It is not legal advice and does not say whether a clinic meets any requirement.
